Greencastle Coffee Roasters has moved out, but the vacant building at 164 E. Baltimore St. will not be empty for long. The Greencastle Zoning Hearing Board granted an exemption Thursday night for David and Catherine Pence, the owners of Pure and Simple Cafe, to turn the building into the new home for their business Thursday night.
