why am I tired all the time?
I am 20 yrs old. over the last 2 years I have had debilitating exhaustian that is getting worse. I havn't been able to go to the doctor b/c of lack of insurance. I never have any energy and when I do.. it runs out w/ the littlest of effort. I can't do things I once was able to do. Even house hold chores barely get done b/c im too worn out to do them. I have tried everything to fix it. energy pills, detox, sleeping more, sleeing less, more excersize, less excersize, diet.. nothing seems to work. I have no idea what could be causing this.. any ideas. any ideas of how to get more energy?
You may be anemic, try to take a multivitamin or Iron and B-complex supplements every day and see if it helps. If you are stressed or depressed this can also contribute to chronic fatigue.
For energy start slowly, make sure you are getting 8 hours of sleep are eating and drinking properly and are managing stress in your life - keep that up for about two weeks and see if it helps. You can also try yoga and light meditation.

Body Detox Products From Infomercials
Do you watch television late at night? If so, you would have been exposed to late night infomercials. If you haven’t already, you will likely see detox products available for sale everywhere from magazines to internet ads. These products, which include detox foot pads and pills, should expel or suck out harmful toxins and waste in your body. As neat as they sound, do they really work?
Unfortunately, you only hear one side of the story when buying body detox products from an infomercial. You only hear what the sellers or manufacturers want you to hear. What does this mean? However, their hard sales pitch method can also be a good thing. Have you always wanted to detox your body, boost your energy level or prevent premature aging, but have not taken the right steps to do so or take the effort to start one? If that is the case, an infomercial selling detoxification products with their pushy selling tactics may serve as your motivation and push you to take the first step towards a cleaner, healthier body. This is an advantage, but only if you buy a product that is effective.
In short, there are a number of pros and cons to buying body detox products from an infomercial. If you are able to find a good deal and a product that comes highly rated and recommended by consumers, make the purchase. Otherwise, save your money.
