wondering if this is safe during breastfeeding...?
okay, so I weighed about 135 before I got pregnant... and gained well over the "average 20-25 pounds" during pregnancy.... and ended up at almost 190 in the day I delivered my daughter... I'm now stuck at about 165.... which isn't horrible... but I'm not too confident or comfortable with myself...
