am i too young for acai berry pills?
i am trying to lose weight like a lot i am 15 and i have a lot of muscle but it only shows when i flex it. i want to kow if i would be too young to purchase acai berry diet pills. Also i wanted to know if it would affect me. in some sort of way such as nautiousness/dizzyness or anything of that nature. I weigh about 152-154. I am starting to develope breast and i dont want that to occur.
At your age you shouldn't even be thinking about taking pills.
These products are a waste of money, don't work, and some are actually bad for you with nasty side effects. No pill, potion or supplement will help. Please don't fall for all the spam adverts you see. Many of the sites are scams and many people have lost a lot of money with the so called "free trials".
All you need is a good healthy diet - lots of fruit and veg, and exercise. It takes time and motivation
