You see on the show they proposed weight loss involving acai but this also involved a fiber shake, the fiber shake which is the real cause for weight loss through its blood sugar balancing effects and colon cleansing ability.

So its all a Myth?

Unfortunately for burning fat acai just doesn't hold up. You're better investing your money into something such as calorie shifting where real results are achieved through altering the way your metabolism functions so you burn fat at all times of the day from eating food.
