Dr. Natura Colonix -Colon Cleanse complete Kit -

Before I begin, I do want everyone to note that I used the full system for the duration of the program and this is not at all meant to bash the product, merely to clear up much of the hype and lies surrounding it.

As I said before, I have used this product for the full system and I have to say that it is no better or worse than other cleaners I have used. I did major research on this product before buying it and I noticed something fishy about the reviews. Sure enough, when this stuff went on sale on Amazon months ago, there were the same reviews I had seen on other sites, the same verbiage and all. I am in sales and the wording is ingenious. There are included “up-sales” making sure you buy all of the products, not just one when you order. As great as they are, they are obviously staged.

I was most curious about the pictures I had seen on their site. My initial reaction as many others I am sure is “Do I have something like that inside of me?”. For the first 3 weeks I was sifting through my own BMs. Ok, that is gross I know but I had to find out.. I found somethings weird but nothing too crazy. Then one day I was taking my morning mix and I left it too long. (The instructions say “Drink immediately after mixing”) The mixture had coagulated and become like gum. It was sticky and an absolute mess….. it reminded me of something… oh, I remembered, it reminded me of the pictures I had seen. I checked the ingredient list and sure enough, there it was, Guar Gum. The next day I performed an experiment where I left a mixture of the powder and water in a cup for 30 minutes and it turned into a gummy mess. It is not “toxins spackled to your colon” but instead imagine swallowing 50 pieces of gum and it all sticking together and also to your crap.

The last thing I will say is if you do want to waste your money on this ingenious marketing scheme, then do buy the Flora Protect Probiotics. Those will keep you from getting sick during your treatment. What people dont realize is that ripping everything out of your colon is not a good thing. ? Google “Normal Flora” sometime. There are enzymes in your intestines that help break down food. When you flush your system, you also flush them out which makes you susceptible to much worse things than built up poo. Thats where the probiotics come in. Those are millions of organisms that hopefully will take the place of the ones you just flushed out that morning and may keep you from getting sick. Don’t you wonder why babies have diarrhea? It is because they dont have these built up in their system.

In short, save yourself some money and buy the 3 main ingredients found in all colon cleansers including this one and incorporate them into your daily diet (Psyllium Husk, Flax Seed, and Fennel seed) and dont forget picking up some probiotics! (Go Active! Yogurt should do)

I read many reviews of this product prior to my purchase. I don’t think that I had any where near the positive results of the reviews I read. I know that they say to use it for at least a month but, I got a large rash on my stomach, my head hurt daily and I just didn’t feel right. I stopped using it after two weeks. I might try it again just to finish it because it was relatively expensive and I may be too cheap to not finish it for that reason alone!

I accidentally posted this review under toxinout, not the colon cleansing kit as I should have although I have used both products and recommend the toxinout as well. I am posting my review here also, where it should have been in the first place. If someone can tell me how to fix it, I would appreciate it.

I was a mom of 4 with brain fog, always tired, bad breath. After reading up on colon cleansing at a natural health message board, I decided to try this product. You can cleanse on your own using stuff that may be found in your own pantry, but the thing I liked about this product was that it was all prepackaged, ready to go for a busy mom like me. It worked slower over a longer period of time which was great, I am a stay at home mom. Hated the taste of the fiber at first, but I learned to drink it with grape juice(my hubby preferred apple juice) but now I can drink it with no problem. I did not feel well a week into the program, but realized that when you are trying to remove years of build up in your body, it can be hard on your system, dislodging all of that junk. By the end of week 2, I felt so incredible. Like a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. I love the tea, it also was a nice time at night for me and my husband to sit down and talk.

You should realize the long ropes they show you on the website is fiber with junk attached to it. Sorry to be gross, but I had to look. I do not tolerate olives well, I had one at Christmas dinner and part of it ended up stuck in me somehow, it was on this rope of stuff in March. There were all kinds of nasty stuff I passed. I also had dull side pain one night and the next morning, I passed a tapeworm. Disgusting!!!!!! I am a middle class American who has only left the country once on a cruise. I will begin my annual cleanse this summer (I do a 1 month cleanse only, the first time I did a 2 month), this will be my 3rd year. I cannot recommend this product enough. Make sure you take a probiotic with it.
