what is the best/healthiest colon cleanser?
I know this is a disgusting question but I read an article about John Wayne and that when he died he had 40 LBS of waste in his colon. I read that had he cleansed his colon he would have rid his body of that waste and possibly lived 10 years longer than he had. WOW thats a lot of waste. So I want to know whats the healthiest way to get all that waste out. I heard from a friend that they have some pills at walmart that do that but I don't know if they are safe, healthy or anything. I want a complete colon cleanes. I heard after some people have done this that they have felt much better. So if you know of something please let me know. Thanks
